At Regal Sillage, we are committed to delivering premium fragrance products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
NO RETURNS
We do not accept returns for any products purchased through regalsillage.com.
For quality assurance, hygiene, authenticity protection, and fraud prevention purposes, products that have been shipped cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not guaranteed and may be approved solely at the discretion of Regal Sillage.
Exchange requests may only be considered in the following circumstances:
• Incorrect item received
• Product arrived damaged during transit
• Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery
To be considered for an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the shipping packaging
• Description of the issue
Failure to provide the requested information may result in denial of the exchange request.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Regal Sillage shall not be liable for skin irritation, allergic reactions, fabric discoloration, staining, misuse, improper storage, or adverse effects resulting from individual sensitivities or use contrary to product recommendations.
FRAUD PREVENTION
Regal Sillage reserves the right to deny any exchange request where abuse, fraudulent claims, excessive claims, chargeback abuse, tampering, or suspicious activity is suspected.
