ORDER PROCESSING

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, credits, or compensation.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for replacement, refund, or reimbursement.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided once available.

DELIVERED ORDERS

Any package marked as delivered by the carrier shall be considered successfully delivered.

Regal Sillage is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages after delivery confirmation has been recorded by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, and governmental charges associated with international shipments.
